เพลงนี้พูดถึงยาที่เขาเรียกกันว่า Gateaway Drug ซึ่งจริงๆแล้วเป็นยาที่เราใช้กินเพื่อรักษาโรคทั่วๆไป แต่นำไปสู่การทำให้ติดสารเสพติดได้
ในประเทศไทยเราเองก็มีที่เห็นๆกันอยู่ช่วงนึงก็คือการเอายาแก้ไอไปผสมกับน้ำอัดลมที่เรียกว่า “ลีน” นั่นเอง
